Delete your WinkMeet account

When you delete your account, it is deactivated. If you change your mind, you can sign in again within 7 days — the app will ask whether you want to restore your account before you continue. After 7 days, automatic restore is not available — contact support at matchup.profile@gmail.com.

How to delete from the app

  1. Open the WinkMeet app on your phone.
  2. Sign in with your email or Google account.
  3. Go to your Profile (usually the profile tab or avatar).
  4. Open Settings (gear icon or “Settings” in the menu).
  5. Scroll to Delete Account and follow the steps.
  6. Alternatively, from the Delete Account screen you can create a 2-minute browser link to confirm deletion on this website.
Google sign-in users: use the in-app flow above, or create a browser link from the app after signing in — you do not enter a password on this site.

Browser link: If you opened a confirmation link from the app (/delete?token=…), confirm on that page before it expires (2 minutes after you created the link in the app). This is separate from the 7-day restore window for signing in again.

Install WinkMeet from the Google Play Store and follow the steps above.
